Exhibition Procedure

Participation Procedures

  1. Please read details about the exhibition information, then fill out the application form with company chop and fax to the organizing committee.
  2. After the application is confirmed, the charge payment as deposit should be paid to the pointed bank account of organizing committee within 5 days, and then the exhibition booth is confirmed.
  3. After the organizing committee confirm the exhibitors booth, we will mail or email "exhibitor manual", which contains service information of exhibits transportation, booth design and build, travel and accommodation arrangements, items to rent.
  4. The organizing committee will arrange the booths according to the principle of " the first application, first to arrange, the first payment, first to confirm ". The total cost will be invoiced to exhibitors during the exhibition.

Exhibition services

  1. To promote professional exhibition company, special decoration booth design, construction;
  2. Exhibits transport, customs clearance, exhibits outside exhibits, exhibition place after bonded warehousing;
  3. Visa invitation, tourism, accommodation arrangement;
  4. During translation, temporary employment;
  5. Site advertising.
